Lead Where You Stand
Executive Leader - Mentor - International Speaker
Transformational Schools Require Transformational Leaders
Vision And Leadership Unifying Every Stakeholder
Lead Where You Stand is symbolic of the educational and leadership journey I have taken. My work is fueled by ensuring all students have access to all they need, teachers have resources they need and administrators have the vision for creating dynamic learning centers. This people-centered leadership helps others to Build Beyond, never alone.
At the core of Lead Where You Stand is the belief that those of us that are called to lead should do so right where we are in our journey. It dispels the notion of waiting for “the right time, the right place, the right opportunity”. We each have an ethical and moral responsibility to Lead Where You Stand, bringing those around us forward & upward.

B.A.S.I.C.
Building A Sustainable Instructional Core focuses on utilizing intentional focus walks, professional development and PLCs to build instructional capacity of staff.
R.E.A.D.Y.

Student Voice & Choice
Walking the Leadership Walk is best supported by stakeholders that believe in the work. Lead Where You Stand provides systematic steps to build a Student Leadership Council that amplifies & honors student voice.
The Culture & Climate Conversation
Oftentimes, these terms are used interchangeably. Leaders must know and recognize the difference between them and certain pitfalls associated with confusing them. We provide insight needed to make informed decisions around honoring culture and controlling climate.
Informed Goal Setting
Setting priorities and an Essential Focus are critical first steps towards an informed goal. Do away with boilerplate templates for goal setting and start with your Portrait of a Graduate. Informed Goals include the skills, dispositions, competencies and assets for all students. This way, the daily work is rooted in the future of students.
